Are you celebrating yourself enough​?

This time of year we're all aware that celebrations are exciting and most of all worthwhile. Though there is plenty of stress that comes along with all the festivities, planning, shopping and traveling we're energized and ready to make those New Year resolutions stick.

A great habit to get into is to take those celebrations into your life throughout the coming year. Celebrate the weekly or even daily things that are going well in your life. Take a minute each week or even daily to notice what was good and cheer yourself on for making it happen. Once you begin to acknowledge the positive parts of your life you can incorporate more of them into your routine. Check in with yourself for a moment and see if you give yourself credit for all that you accomplish, if not cheer yourself on, reward the positive small steps.
Once you begin to notice a shift in your attitude start to plan small rewards for yourself you may find that holiday spirit creeping in to many aspects of your life!
