NUTRITION TIP

Do not skip breakfast! Have bowl of organic whole grain oats a teaspoon of cinnamon-dash of honey-Top with frozen blueberries-Fuel your body and prevent urge to snack on junk foods loaded with sugar.

Give a healthy kick start all mornings 2 your body, do some exercises like set ups, upstairs, walking the dog, but give a boost 2 your metabolism.
