The importance to develop self esteem

The merger of our balanced spirit, mind and body form the intuitive voice of our original self, our primordial essence.
As we develop the notion of self, our intuitive voice becomes our natural source of guidance and constant.
How we feel about ourselves, if we respect ourselves, determines our quality of life, our ability to be successful in our business, relationships, healing and intuitive abilities. The self-understanding and acceptance, the bond we form with ourselves, is in many ways the most crucial challenge facing us. In fact, if we do not like ourselves, we will be unable to make healthy decisions and truly like someone or something.
The paths to this balance are a set of healthy habits, is not to create a routine but a healthy daily ritual, meditation, prayer, body awareness, exercise and total hygiene, both at the physical, diet, as well as the mental level, always with a positive attitude and naturally altruistic.
In the absence of this Ritual, by contrast, will direct all our personal power of decision-making to others. People in the absence of a full state of consciousness of its Original Self, your individuality of Human Being and its values, have low self-esteem and attract relationships and personal and professional situations that reflect and reinforce this weakness.

be U, naturally...
