Think in IMPROVEMENT



Whether you've made a decision to improve your fitness level, eat healthier, declutter your house or ditch debt, you'll need some practical skills to put your plan into action.
Start by writing down your goals and taking stock of your current skill set — you can better assess where to begin. Prioritize what things you want to learn first and consider what action to take. Take on one task each week, and celebrate your successes at month's end.
