Become the master of your own destiny (3)



Censoring, or not, negative thoughts and emotions ?! Be the acceptance of these, because we are human, or to avoid them, the fact is that the more we fight against the more they become intense. Human emotions are natural. We can train the mind to prevent or develop the ability to forgive ourselves. In the science and art of human behavior any of the situations is valid, our attitude towards these emotions or thoughts simply reflects a different stage of emotional life.
Meditation and self-analysis lead us to discover our mental nature and to manage our emotional reactivity. In conclusion, the process of developing mental immunity is imperative so that we can be less vulnerable to destructive thoughts and emotions and that both suffering causes us as well as those around us.
